Shipping and Returns

Return of Purchase due to Dissatisfaction: after purchasing through our store, and after received the product in perfect condition and still are not happy with the purchase, you can request the cancellation of the purchase through our Call Center. But be aware of the rules below:
  • Deadline for purchase return: customers who make purchases through our virtual stores have up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to return the product to us.
  • Merchandise Return: Merchandise must be returned via post office (USPS) with postage paid by the customer, to our store located in Plymouth.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and original “TAG” MARIA FLOR.
  • The product must not show any signs of use, or otherwise it return will not be allowed. 
ATTENTION: The product that does not meet the conditions required above, will not be accepted as a return and will be automatically sent back to the address of origin.  We reserve the right to make a new freight charge to the client account. 

  • Return of payment: The reversal may occur within 5 to 7 business days, after we receive the merchandise.
  • There will be no refund of the freight paid amount
NOTE: Any intention to return any product must be communicated to us before sending the product(s) to us.
